The challenge is, I’m not familiar with the local market—or the Mississippi market in general.Does anyone have insight into the market in this area or know of investors interested in properties in western Mississippi?

Not saying I'm an expert in all of this but, this talk of rising rates and Due on Sale being called in just doesn't make sense.

I am just looking for insight from local MA realtors, attorneys or landlords regarding what my typical monthly expenses (if any) will likely be (I don’t mean one-off expenses like roof repairs).
