Gen Z may be leading a revival in the trades. 1) In an aging population, the median age of electricians, mechanics, and plumbers is falling. 2) Vocational school enrollment is growing faster than at 4-year colleges.More young folks are considering the trades as a career.

I know I have more knowledge in real estate than you just by the basic difference in our ages. 

@Ruchit Patel...depending on ages of the people in your family, the reverse mortgage is usually a tool to help with this type of situation.

Just found this thread... considering Huntsville has now outgrown Birmingham in less than 5-10 years and is continuing to grow, I'd say this aged quite well!

She asked for prorated rent if she moved out early, which I happily agreed to and she has been extremely cooperative.Lower unit tenant is mad that someone less than half her age owns the property and is not letting her stay (she has been there 10+ years).

It could've easily cash-flowed but the age and condition would have been a PM nightmare. 

I never bought my dream home at the stage of my career when I was at the age you are.
