We have open minds and very enthusiastic in real estate for almost 16 years since our 15 acre commercial investment property.

i don't see why having a proper/enthusiast photographer take quality pictures of your units would put a strain on your partners relationship with his realtor... ?

I think at the heart of all this discontent is the cultural drive of the work force to demand more hours, more availability, more productivity etc. which, as @Jim K. alluded to, is turning once enthusiastic workers to become disheartened and burned out by the increasing demands placed upon them.   

It would be great to hear some more honest first-hand experiences from folks out there actually doing it, and whether or not they are equally enthusiastic about it/still recommend/would go back and do it again after a few years of tracking performance. 

A rock has no value, produces nothing, and just kind of sits there and shines.How would you go about disproving a gold enthusiast, and showing them how unwise it might be to bank their future on accumulated gold, vs businesses, land, debts, and other things that provide real value to the economy and human life?

As a frequent flyer to the Tahoe area I definitely believe this house will kill it with skiers in the winter and boaters/lake enthusiasts in the summer.We manage 75+ properties in FL, ranging from studios at $80 a night to 5 bedroom beach houses going over $2,000 a night.
