Alfred Bell, I found a servicer in WA state with offices in CA, Evergreen Servicing, they also have a conventional lending side, not endorsing them, but see what they can do.

@Randy Duncan if you are now a landlord and accept checks from tenants, the tenant is able to view the reverse side of the check image where your endorsement and bank account and bank information will be present.

I wrote a check for the full price to the seller and the title company and told him to simply endorse the check and take it to the closer.
