It occurred to me a long time ago as to why no logical argument about REAL ESTATE will win an argument with someone wanting to believe that the purchase of a guru’s program will ensure their success.  

Let other people waive inspection and win.

If you can raise capital that will easily help you find a group that may lack that specialty but you should also have another function.If you are part of the GP you will get a portion of the acquisition fee.
