There is a distinction that needs to be understood by new investors as to lenders and "programs".

If a wholesaler of strawberry ice cream tells you to call them, you can bet that, while you may get general marketing advice in some niche market, all you're going to get is different flavors of strawberry.

There are clearly two distinct and rational viewpoints on this, and each one is valid.

This is technically a distinct issue from repossessing the mobile home.
