@Chris Adams I also tried MileIQ and it worked alright but it didn't seem to have any desktop integration unless I'm wrong?

You can setup auto filters in gmail to have all receipts from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. to go in a specific folder or to forward to someone else.We do everything in Quickbooks Pro on the desktop.

Instead of high 4s+ above 80%, my rate is 2.7%,with a local bank and was based on a conservative desktop appraisal at 80% LTV.

I got all 72 units set up with tenants as sub-customers (I found out by calling tech support that on the desktop version, they are called "jobs" rather than sub-customers, but does same thing) as you said and it looks like it is going to work great. 

Currently we're using a single Skype account where the VA logs into Skype via their desktop/Mobile app - but now we're expanding, it would seem Skype may not be the best option for multiple phone accounts.As far as I understand, we'd need to have individual Skype accounts for every VA!
