In my experience these brand new rentals don't get the rents anticipated by out-of-state buyers.

Hey Asma, Section 8 investing in Cleveland, OH is a great strategy, I have a couple of investors that buy a property a month in Cleveland and Lorrain County.

Coupled with tailored marketing efforts, these enhancements attracted buyers and significantly increased the property’s profitability.

Some of those guys made hundreds of millions in a couple three years.

And nobody is paying more than 550k for that cabin even with it being new construction.Its been a couple of months though so I'm curious to know if you were able to sell it or not and if so at what price.
