SSI for but very high earners is not going to really cut it for most folks. 

I could have cut that distance by more than half if I wanted to rent but I wanted to own, so I paid for it through time.

If a warranty deed has been filed or even a memorandum of sale or a lis pendens, it makes getting clear title virtually impossible without the co-operation of the one who filed or having assistance from an attorney and maybe a long, costly, lawsuit. 

That said, I’d make sure to document your intent to occupy each property clearly to avoid potential issues later. 

But I do know our city needs a lot more of the first type.you clearly don't know me, which if I'm being quite honest with you has absolutely nothing to do with me. this is a property that is located in the village of Liverpool NY with a tenant paying beyond market rent, " If he doesn't want it or can't afford it, reward him with 60 days time to find another place, then find a new tenant that can pay what it is worth. As Plano is a pretty nice clean cut buttoned up type of community they don't seem to have a lot of tolerance even for just a few bad apples.Dallas is considering a ban.
