Either way, you want to rehab within code.Some devices like lamps and vacuum cleaners are only two-prong with no ground.

I've used them to set door codes, message/call guests, schedule cleaners, adjust thermostats, monitor cameras, CRM management, end to end processing of rental applications, etc. 

We did it ourselves for awhile, but finally hired a good cleaner.
