Much better chance of posting in classifieds here - if Facebook the group that taught you that it's smart to get this type of funding may have people as well. 

other than the constant warnings and warning posts I dont think you can expect BP to be the gate keeper for Guru class's  keep in mind some folks do succeed and the cost of a guru package to them was one of the best things they ever did. 

Like your post title suggests, you die to avoid the taxes.

It seems, obviously, that the method is strongly focused on the refinancing of the property post rehab.
