@John Cooper when you or someone you care about is living in the home it is important to be extra vigilant in choosing tenants.

You may find other renters that refuse to put up with for example: gunshots, stolen cars, etc. in select neighborhoods. 

@Jay Hinrichs has posted on that in the past.Many people like to try and hide their identity because of the spotlight effect which refers to how people often overestimate how much others notice (or care about) them, effectively inflating their own importance in society. 

Have you spoken to local fire officials who would burn it down for you as part of training. we were able to do this once where we coordinated wiht local fire department and they burned it down for us and took care of it as part of their training.
