California law prohibits any consumer report from including arrests, indictments or misdemeanors that did not result in a conviction, or crimes that are spent by more than seven years.

Then I had to get the place inspected.Coincidentally, it turns out there was lot of corruption in the building department back then and fortunately for me, the corruption probe concluded and all but one inspector in the county was arrested when I needed the inspection.

You may be surprised to hear this but I had four renters pass away since November, one couple was incarcerated for identity theft and drugs, and another couple was recently arrested and charged with first degree murder of their infant.

The one with better credit should be 81% owner and the other 19%, if similar credit than can be 50/50 but if anyone has an arrest of any kind on record I'd go with the 81/19 split. 

I suspect you can in all states.. just depends on what states want to enforce the laws on the books.I also think to end up in prison for illegal wholesaling means your dumb as a rock.you would get caught first time and usually get a cease and desist.. pay a fine have to hire a lawyer etc. told not to do it again.second time little more trouble bigger fine.third or 4th time now they get serious.I had a client in MS that got nailed for this.. he would not stop.. so on 2nd offense he got arrested on a Friday and could not bond out until Monday.. and spending the weekend in the Hinds county jail is not a place that I would want to be.but time goes by does it again this time over state lines and out of country.. 

Or, it could be "damn the warning bells, FULL SPEED AHEAD" and as inflation readings come out which by all forecast measure is considerably higher than J-Pow's desire, jest keep drawing the noose tighter and tighter, strangling the life out of the middle-class, until inflation falls into his "happy-zone" at the expense that things could be in cardiac arrest to do so, and than it's a tail-spin, so than they start injecting liquidity rapidly, and "shizam" we have a bi-polar on-off, hot-cold, economic cycle of big swings.
