They are simply looking for all the standard stuff: carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, water heater braces, proper ventilation.

In my units which are farther north I use Carbonic Heat which is far infrared floor heating.

In Wisconsin, you should be using a Smoke Detector/Carbon Monoxide agreement.
