Whats amazing to me is that most people will spend hours online researching a $500 camera but jump into things like guru scams or time shares worth thousands of dollars on the strength of a high pressure sales presentation.

We also purchased some Fake Camera's, and had a Look up sign tacked to the door, and when anyone looked up they saw a camera peering down on them.  90% of the time it worked.  

The phone camera is very useful rather than pay for copies.Then I go to the clerks office & get any financing details, mortgage, lien info etc.

The investor has only laid eyes on the property through the lens of my camera.

Install camera's and lights, even if they are fake cameras, but a few that do work..

I've heard there have been some lawsuits regarding dummy cameras.

In so many deals, I come across other investors who look at deals through a scope instead of a panoramic camera.
