I Assume it was a Moderator that threaten the Ban without a reason other then "Spamming", which I thought was sending e-mails to people you didn't know.

This bill drops item (3) from the list of changes requiring unanimous consent NRS 116.31088 requires that at least 10 days before an association commences or seeks to ratify a civil action, the association provide a written statement to the owners that details the following: (a) A reasonable estimate of the costs of the civil action, including reasonable attorney’s fees; (b) An explanation of the potential benefits of the civil action and the potential adverse consequences if the association does not commence the action or if the outcome of the action is not favorable to the association; (c) All disclosures that are required to be made upon the sale of the property.

(It was our main strategy)In 2019 the City of Kelowna passed one of the toughest bylaws against STR ranging from banning from most areas of the city up to creating a 750.00 annual business license requirement.We are currently able to perform short term rentals in only one of our properties as it is zoned accordingly.

My lesson learned was to ensure the company has standard corporate bylaws, and have a honest non-partner be on the board of directors to help guide the company.... and honest practices.The two partners were Banned from attend any future mastermind events with the group.
