To me, I found it odd they would use a name so close to an already established company, or brand.

Hi my name is Eva and I am newbie  to BP and I am currently  on the process for my second home as a primary residence.I wanted to ask if is it advisable to take a HELOC on my current primary residence now before closing in 2mos (brand new townhome) to my next property as a primary residence.Any input and sincere advised will be much appreciated.Thank you,Eva

Might be overkill but it keeps things fresh and clean. 3 sets of everything, that way there is always a clean backup on site, while one could be at the off site laundry.

bought 3.5 acres in 95 was not build able ( sonoma county would not perc) but the road leading to it just had a brand new interchange built and commercial project anchored by HOme depot. 

How does one acquire financing for a development project when I am a brand new developer?

Now in our timber deals with that demographic it could take months and a lot of fresh and smoked salmon and if it was elk season some fresh steaks and jerky would win the day.. this is the PNW of course :)  I also got a lot of timber deals by advertising on the Christian radio station..
