Will a billion followers on twitter ever equate to more business (especially in real estate) or am I wasting energy focusing on this?

You can't start self managing and control the cash etc. with no track record versus a company with 2,000,000 sq ft under it's portfolio and 30 years in the business and expect the CMBS lender to go for that.Some of the larger CMBS lenders we have worked with do billions a year in CMBS.

The "sell my house [location]" ones tend to be more people who are less motivated and will likely go the agent or FSBO route first.... but def could down the line when they can't sell end up working w/ you (but now you're competing against a billion agents for that phrase which is a bit more difficult).
