Here are a couple takeaways I have- I wasn't able to see the condition of the walls, there was an ugly stamping that required all the walls to be re-drywalled- There was a dip in the floor that I could not see, this required to jack up the floor- The bedrooms were really small, the pictures made them appear larger in size.Overall, would I do it again, probably not.

As a community member, I am torn. 

The one thing I noticed about Bellevue was the fact that these properties have had the same taxes forever and figured that would change once the property was finally sold, and would be re-assessed. 

Also make sure you have confidence of the valuation that the ADU and JADU will bring via refi appraisal if you are going to be relying on that valuation.
