Obviously we have been in touch with our lodger who filled us in on the scoop but I was surprised to find very little info on incarcerated California lodgers, does NoLo address this and in either case what are the obligations of the owner(s) who rented to the lodger who is now incarcerated indefinitely as far as security deposit, notification of repossession of rented premises, and the handling of personal belongings? 

(It will show a lot better when empty of all of the, um, "stuff" belonging to current tenants.)What do the experts suggest? 

I belong to a couple of other facebook referral pages and they work pretty well.    

The person or person's belongings or guests that caused the damage pays the deductible.  

I would certainly feel more comfortable making the repairs after the property belongs to me. 

We also belong to 3 credit unions (2 in NJ and 1 in FL), as well as a small regional bank in FL that did a cash-out refi (75% LTV) when the credit union would not, but their closing costs were high.

My sister had to explain, if she gave out $350 a month discounts it would not be long before she was also single mother.

It's a rural property, marketing is slow, holding time will be longer, transaction costs are not effected.

If he is short on cash, can he get a loan, borrow money from relatives or friends, sell some of his possessions, pawn some of his belongings, get assistance from a social service agency?
