The STR regulations are very black and white and I don’t see many, if any, clients having issues with obtaining insurance if the house is in good condition.

If my husband and I were to start over again we would buy higher quality assets and not be focused on immediate cash flow and unit count like we were when we started this after exiting a fairly decent sized small business.

I would base accepting them on asset quality. 

Maybe I should sell all my assets and buy Bitcoin at $11,000 a piece today.

Finding information this way is often faster when necessary information couldn't be obtained directly through the internet.That's the old fashion way of doing things before the internet.  

If you are in a lower asset class things can go the other way. 

You can grow a business into a sellable asset, but anyone who has ever sold a business will tell you that is not easy and takes a long time.

They are communicating with the Asset Manager and the Field Service Manager. 

If they're in the same state, that will make your legal team more streamlined, but otherwise, you have to form all new vendor teams when assets are scattered across multiple MSAs & states.

They are trusting in the potential value of the "Hard" Asset.
