. $1 million legit properties would all start appraising at $800k, and now if appraiser is forced to purchase it at 90% they pay $720k for a $1 million property.I think that's interesting that your appraisers don't know the value.

. ;-) well working south side of Chicago south jackson MS Baltimore city Philly west side I understand the risks .. and I am with my clients who are armed most of the time and when i started buying this stuff it was south of 8 mile in Detroit.. so understand that risk.when I bought courthouse steps in the PNW Portland SW washington no so much worry about armed folks although that has probably changed with the housesless folks / squatters these days.

Hello,I hear a lot of "legally valid" reasons one can ask/force a tenant to leave your rental in the county of Riverside, CA ( for example: "you don't need a reason, just give 60-day notice," "if you're having major construction done to the place like foundation issues," etc).

If things go south with your tenant, there are tons of protections for them to stop paying rent and/or force you to pay relocation fees.
