I have an interest in both rental properties as well as flipping, but ultimately my goal in life is to pursue my dream as an independent filmmaker and I believe real estate is the optimal path to take in realizing that ambition.

Typically, people do so when they have a substantial amount of capital to rely on, HOWEVER, many of the podcasts stories I've listened to had just hope, ambition, n a dream to make it, especially back in the days (2000-08).

Obviously, once i get there, the ambition will grow, as growth is pretty much a duty of all man/woman who consider themselves to be entrepreneurs/investors, but i don't want to get ahead of myself right now. i believe that my current goal is definitely attainable. 

These questions will not only teach you how to analyze deals but will also make you connections with more investors.When you're at these meetups, share your ambitions and explain to people that you will be successful and you will attract a lot of people because there is nothing more attracting/appealing than success.
