Oregon has very strict anti equity skimming laws.. if accused of that and found guilty they make you walk the plank.. along with civil penalties.when buying a pre foreclsoure it can be done you simply cannot:1. rent back to the family that is losing it. ( which I think is pretty stupid)2. you have to share profits with them and are limited to how much you can make if you flip the house.3. you have to be a licensed foreclosure agent to work with them or have one rep you in the transaction.   

And, in many communities with Crime Free housing laws, if someone is arrested (merely accused of a crime) we can be forced to evict them.

The lawyer also accused me for "...pursue your very unprofessional, illicit and bad faith conduct in obtaining title."

Both deals look pretty good to me, but I've been accused of wearing rose-colored glasses before.

The final score determines if they are approved, approved with an increased deposit, or denied.It's completely objective so I can't be accused of denying someone because of their race, gender, familial status, disability, facial tattoos, or whatever.

Having a bulletproof leaseMidway through a lease with a renter, you cannot accuse them of breaking rules that are not clearly stated and defined in the lease agreement.

And remember that if the individual is accused of some unfair act and is winning in court it is not necessarily that the person or company is clean.

Robert:I don't think anyone could accuse you of being unresponsive to a tenants needs.I've had mold in my own house and have allergies.  

However, personally I think it is harsh at best to accuse a company of “putting itself out on a legal limb” and “setting itself up for potential litigation/action by the SEC.”, especially after basing it on a misquote.

It is funny how when things are presented on BP we all jump in and accuse the broker of mis deeds when in fact it could be a simple misunderstanding of the buyer...
