So I've been focusing on Cincinnati and Cleveland, been considering Nevada (Vegas & Reno), Kansas City and Indianapolis. 

I do marketing coaching in the REI space and am happy to connect you with a few resources or a free consult. 

I found this other group called Certified Tax Coach (https://www.certifiedtaxcoach.com/) that help with tax strategies and tax savings. 

If you are interested in paid coaching, I charge $x per hour minimum of 3 hours.

Simply talk to individuals who have experienced significant changes from my coaching and mentorship programs.

I think, whether you're ready from a cash perspective or not at this point it would still be helpful to build a relationship with some trusted lenders who have demonstrated experience with helping househackers/investors for them to coach you a bit on what steps to take now while you are saving up!

And unlike a lot of other coaches/mentors/personalities in this space, they participate in all the activities on the schedule themselves, too!

This property has more cash flow than the Las Vegas property.
