Email & call the attorney listed on the docket; they are likely to tell you to pound sand, but simply explain that you are calling to introduce yourself and want to make sure they have your information on hand in the event they run across a property that needs to be sold for cash quickly.

Pile drivers, cement trucks, cranes, jack hammers, endless pounding and endless buzz saws, (and loud mariachi music from boom boxes, which I actually like, but not everyone does--some of these guys really crank it up), etc...A good first move might be to talk to as many of the existing residents as possible and try to figure out what their pain points are, and why their neighbors moved out, vs. shooting in the dark for solutions based on guesses.Some talented Texas Mariachis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Leaks could be a washing machine hose, water heater that has rusted out, a pipe inside the wall that was hit with a screw or nail during construction that has finally given way or the owner or tenant pounding nails into the water wall to hang pictures, or the ice maker hose in the kitchen, the dishwasher hose, etc.

My requirements were credit score of 620, must have combined income of 3X rent, no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property and, a small dog over 2 years old and under 20 pounds would be considered with additional rent.
