The tenants are using the FHA/HUD laws to circumvent the normal requirements.I knew about the ADA laws and have had tenants in wheel chairs/blind/deaf that truly needed a trained, certified dog, to help them with their daily functions.

Well there are 2 ways you can accomplish this. 1) The mortal way... blindly blast mailers out periodically/continuously so that homeowners will get mailers thrown in their face when they do not want to sell, and when they eventually want to sell they still get mailers sent out.

From having bought my own house already, I have basic knowledge in the VA loan process (including working with real estate agents, loan officers, and inspectors), some rehabs (putting up drywall, patching up concrete foundations, installing blinds, etc...) and regular maintenance.

We've had expensive plantation blinds used as a chew toy, lawns ruined, doors replaced due to excessive scratching, and cat odor can get out of hand - some of these were found during routine inspections (and a few could have been prevented with more frequent inspections).We don't do pet deposits (deposit implies refundable) - we do nonrefundable pet fees and pet rent.
