When I started last year, I hit up Instagram hard.

Get your properties out on craigslist, facebook, Instagram etc., answer questions.

I would find it extremely valuable if you could provide some of your favorite newsletters / instagram follows / twitter follows for staying current with trends in real estate trends.

Has anyone here went after and purchased a property listed on the Cheap Old Houses instagram or at least attemped to?
