We spent a total of just under 50k renovating the property, all new windows, interior including paint, flooring, updated plumbing, electrical, all completely renovated the interior including removal of popcorn ceilings, and all costmetic updates, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures.

I can do all the basic things like lawn maintenance, snow removal, painting etc, and some electrical and plumbing.

Means, they draw significantly less electricity to cool or heat than an electric-powered HVAC unit. 

Any recommendations on structural engineers that won’t drain my wallet?

No chemicals, no electricity, refill and clean after each stay, and “environmental friendly”.

Rotting window frames, unsafe electrical issues, a tub and sink that didn’t drain properly, a promised dishwasher that turned out to be broken and unusable, a driveway with tons of pot holes so deep that they could have easily damaged cars, and much, much more.

(Costly but will eliminate need of gas bill, can tie into electric).The money I see is in the expansion over the next 2 years. 10 more units, 14 storage units, and on site laundry(already plumbed).

Just let that engine continue to work.
