If anyone knows good insurance brokers, that would be great.  

The complaint also alleges that Van Gundy, Trofimoff, Kidd, and Tosta acted as unregistered brokers, and made false and misleading statements or omissions to investors while offering and selling ORES mobile home investments.The SEC’s complaint charges ORES and Van Gundy with violating the securities-registration provisions of Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act of 1933 (Securities Act).

As a PM Co owner and broker specializing in STR Acquisitions I use AirDNA - but only the premium version. 

I am an insurance broker in Colorado and can confirm that most insurance companies are increasing to minimum 8% deductibles on most condos.   

Short term, assuming the real estate lobby doesn't sue this to keep delaying/appealing, once it goes into effect there will be no more broker fees paid by tenant *unless they hire the broker*Some long term effects I can predict already: - Landlords now having to absorb broker fees will bake this into the rent (e.g. how "no fee" units typically are priced a little higher than other units) - Real estate board will require another document (or checkbox) for tenants to sign stating that they're hiring the listing broker and responsible for compensating them for their fee *if* they apply and are approved- Regular New Yorkers will have an even harder time to find an apartment because you cannot legislate/regulate away a housing crises... 

Not seeing them nor their Investment affiliates on Broker Check either.  

Just find a local mortgage broker(or more) and an agent familiar with VA (should not be hard to find around your station).

Otherwise, you should work with a mortgage broker who can shop hundreds of lenders for you to help pick the best lending partner for this transaction!
