Sam Wegert's podcast episode about Co-Living investing inspired me to setup a BP account and seek more information.After looking at my local occupancy laws in and around Nashville, I'm finding that most places are not allowing more than three unrelated occupants per house.

Are you looking to put someone else (partner/family) as co-signer on the financing side?

May 2020 - Connected with my current partners and started analyzing deals June 2020 - After reading Joe Fairless' Syndication Book, Started co-hosting a bi-weekly Virtual Meetup in NY regarding multifamily investing, and massive virtual networking started.

I think overall the things you supply are on par with most co-hosting companies.

They do not want to work from home every day, but also do not want to make the long commute to the office.Thus, it seems to me that there is good reason to believe that small office spaces, including for small local/regional firms, services firms, and co-working spaces near large suburbs will see a steady increase in demand with little net new supply for the next several years. 

Usually, this would include something like a holding company ("Hold Co"), typically a traditional LLC, which in turn then owns an investment entity, often a traditional or Series LLC, which will be the entity that owns the assets/property invested into (the "Investment Co").

How do you ensure a healthy and supportive environment in your co-living space?

If this isn't being done, then yes that does fall on Brandon (and his other co-owners) as the buck stops with them regarding institutional failures. 

Looking to do something similar out in CO in the next few years!
