Yes, there's broke college girls on there looking for a guy to pay her regularly, but, there are also business women, doctors, etc, who also realize the need to trim the fat.

I don't know what that means in terms of coverage if say your house burns down, could the insurance company not pay out a claim due to you having more than 1 family living in a "single" family house.  

In the 80's, a 6 unit property sat on that land and subsequently burned down.
