While it may seem like a simple concept, it's actually a very complex process that requires significant documentation as well as specific methodologies.

This like saying you want to invest in the stock market and are pissed that you can't continuously buy more and more stocks because you will run out of money...That being said, it doesn't sound like you understand the brrr methodology. 

But unfortunately often the frame is so rusted that you can no longer read it even if you find it.Most states have a methodology to get a new serial number by filing a form with the state -- but not all of them have this ability.

There are also several so called Seminar Guru's touting this exact methodology of being able to market their Wholesale Deals thru MLS as well as other ways.

Too many posts in this thread just spout out an opinion, but do not outline the methodology used to arrive at a conclusion that educates the reader.

State taxing authorities use different methodologies to determine how a company must apportion service revenues to their state.

And to address what Guifre and Fedor alluded to above, maybe if your vacancy rate is the true percentage at only 3%, you might be able to play the price elasticity demand in this market and boost the rent up; the methodology is although vacancy is low, increase the rent to break-even in the long-run. 

Don't let us dissuade you from a methodology that supports your goals.

I want to know if this is the right methodology b/c if it isn't I don't want to waste my time doing the wrong thing.
