I got 11 properties in Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis - and that move really played a part in getting me to that accredited investor status.

I repeat the answer that were given to me (in a conversational tone) so the seller verfies the information and then ask their bottom dollar, I also ask if we could move really quickly would they be willing to sell for what they owe.

Should i get movers on call to help remove property?  

Just do good and honest  business, and pay your taxes...An opion is one thing, but its just that"your opion" it means nothing...Competition scares people and some people want to be the only yellow letter senders in their area...So they will tell you anything...And as far as wholesalers not making real money, you might need to move down here to So CAL and see what some of us shakers and movers are doing...My buyers need me and love me, i pass leads to agents frequently, and yes they give me a fee if they can turn it into a deal..Theres nothing illegal about wholesaling, when its done right....SMH at some people.

I know its a thing just wondering if any of you mover and shaker big time property owners would do that.I was in Costa Rica a little while back and the price points there were quite a bit higher.. but of course its not forever to fly there either..Since the boss is a high producing real estate agent in her own right the last thing she is going to let me do is break her away from shopping and the pool to go look at real estate.. :)Anyone own anything over here....  ????  

The new owner might raise the rent or mover her out.So, offer to make it worth her while.
