hi 3 years a ago i purchased a 15 acre mixed use property in disrepaire.it consists of 55 mobile home/RV lots3 duplexes a  3 bedroom housea  2 bedroom housea storea shopa lundery matwhen i bought the property in was really really poor shape.   

I've been researching and analyzing for years and just could never pull the trigger. 

We held this property for 7 years, most months it paid for itself and put a few hundred dollars in my pocket, then netted about $15k at closing.

I am looking to purchase my first duplex with a FHA loan for my husband to live in for a year.

In response to your questions:Biggest q i still dont really understand is:- what happens if i refinance before 7yr term or sellAs you'll be the owner, you can refi or sell before the 7 years. 

So, we bought the property 2 years ago, based on the valuation of the property considering income from 6 units.The sale deeds (from 2018- 3 sales) I could get from the City and the property tax statements (2023,2024) show that the property is zoned as 411 (apartments).

I essentially am thinking of a 5 year plan to build them exit.

I walked to the house and met a man who says he was cleaning out due to the loss of their mother in some few weeks back.The guy told me she is  left with 12 years mortgage on the property to pay the bank.

Any details would help us understand how booking.com works with claims...This was several years ago now.
