@ Daniel & Anmmar - that actually doesn't sound that bad - if this group continues to grow at its current pace - we may need to consider a larger venue -even if it cost to use it - $20 is very reasonable to use it for an hour - but what are the fees to be member?

I am a Classically trained trumpet player, and I mainly play in local churches, for weddings, and other concert-type venues.

I've often considered a Country Inn with wedding venue, or a host of other things (craft weekends, fitness, small retreats, or ?)

Do young families or even newly weds w/o kids have issues with a nice 3/1.5 over 3/2??? 

sure I have installed plenty of them and could assist you on wed of this up coming week if you could hold out till I get there I will be in town Wednesday I have to be in town to sell a house I have there 

Normally I don't socialize with my tenants but they were paid up for the next 6 months so I decided to take him up on it.We had such a good time we decided to make a weekly tradition of going out for wings and by the end of the lease we had become such good friends not only did we get wings weekly but they also invited me to go on vacation with them and they invited me to be a part of their wedding at an inclusive resort.They only rented from me for 14 months and they got a heck of a deal but they are now lifelong friends.
