How much value would a web site with direct booking bring to this kind of arrangement as compared to listing on Furnished Finders, VRBO, etc, particularly if we stick with the mid terms.

If you go to the appraisal district website, you will find the county's appraised value of the home, which rarely reflects the actual market value of the home. 

Have you looked on your local REIA websites to see what lenders sponsor the monthly events?
