Your best move, is to keep remarks to legal people direct and on point.The law and the people who work the law don't much care how upsetting the tenant is.List the facts and the times violations happened, along with your notices of default for not following the lease!

One of the things that I enjoy about landlording is that the successful people in it are, to a remarkable degree, successful because they actually have some brains in their head.

I would search for it in the keywords section and hope the agent put it in the remarks.

The cast and characters I worked amongst during that unforgettable and regrettable episode from 2004-2010 still gives me goose bumps...as much for the hilarious and entertaining personalities (a few of whom I still work with and speak too regularly) but equally for the remarkably unqualified experience most of us stepped onto the field with.
