Nothing special, just a durable white color that won't get scuffed up with high traffic/renters.2) Handyman - someone who can fix a few small things eg: closet door, sealing tiles, grouting, etc. 3) Property manager - I live too far away so won't be able to head to Seattle to manage the property, finding a tenant, etc.

You can do this as a private individual from your personal page but I think a business page is better just to keep your personal life separated.I advertise rentals all the time on facebook and it generates a lot of traffic for me.

Not only is that an occupancy violation but specifically marketing your property as student housing violates fair housing.I wish landlords followed the law, because putting the extra occupants in the property crowds parking on the streets and overwhelms them with traffic.

The connection to biggerpockets is already encrypted (note the https:// in the URL), and ironically, you're actually MORE susceptible to bad actors when using a VPN: First, VPN providers are already pretty skeezy as a general rule, so why would you now want to route all your traffic through them?
