I'd be opening a business with moderate traffic and regular scheduled appointments (think barbershop, salon, etc)In my opinion the lender doesn't need to know about any future business plans or exactly what the renovation funds will be used for other than the fact that i will be renovating the property with that money and it is going to be my primary residence.

You just have to create your own opportunities and markets, and niche.I agree with the Gentleman above stating the STX has less tourism traffic then Thomas or John.

For those that don't, going with a dark stain color can help to hide.Require the tenants to cover primary traffic routes with runners and the other areas with rugs.

I don't know if these third parties pay auction.com a fee to publicize them, or they just do it to drive extra traffic to their website, even though they aren't involved in the auction process.4) Some servicers such as Nationstar will require some short sale properties to be placed on auction.com after they receive a contract, for "price verification" purposes.

make the lease whatever it takes to get turnover back to a month of high traffic. perhaps a 6 or a 13 or 14 or 18 month lease.

I agree that there is plenty out there on the VA loan already, traffic would cut down on that if people weren't to lazy to search this site or just Google it!

I've considered a TV ad on a local station, print ads in a local paper and a couple of local magazines, park benches/bus stops ( in high traffic areas near my farm area), and facebook ads.
