With that said, I am considering jumping into a house hack using my VA Loan and then repeating the process every 1-2 years until I can accumulate enough properties to help supplement retiring one day.I am doing research on the climate of things right now in the market but the reality is I need a new place to live and house hacking seems like the best way to invest my money and lower my monthly overhead costs so I can save money. 

The only issue I have with Dynasty is it has a lower per square foot coverage than the others, but I guess if you want something to last a long time its all about having a good "Mill Thickness" anyhow. 

Some have flat rates, some have percentages, eviction coverage, etc. 

WE upped out security deposit coverage from 1x rent to 2x rent when we implemented, and that has been pretty seamless.

With Rhino I am to setup $4K to $6K in coverage and most of the time I have been able to protect rental income. 2) No sign-up fees for landlords. 3) Renters can avail minimum out of pocket i.e. 5-15% of the insured amount. 

If I like the applicant, I'll often eat the cost of a supplemental report.

For DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) you qualify based on if the property will cash flow or not (Does the rental amount cover the mortgage payment at least 1:1).

Recently, the insurance carrier I have been using has decided to drop coverage of parks with Park Owned Homes, the policy I had was strictly liability. 

You would need to see the actual policy or endorsements to determine the coverage being provide by the items under the description:1.

Not to deter you from getting an LLC, but I would look into getting a Umbrella Policy for your AZ home and get an amount of coverage that you feel is necessary.
