As of right now I have about $18,000 in Bitcoin / crypto’s that I want to make sure I break even on taxes if I pull it out for real estate Does anyone have any tips of what I should do, or if you think I’m doing something to where I could make a mistake please let me know… I’m still struggling to find a place where I can find a loan / partner to help fund what I’m looking to do. 

But I do not have a "funnel" strategy yet, in place to keep business streamlined and repeating. 

It seems to us that it would be a larger number of flips in the beginning, then transition to a majority of BRRRRs as we stream line the flip process and increase capital.

@Jacob Claxton I’m a property manager and I’ve listened to The Time Wealthy Investor by Mark Dolfini several times and always come away with some great nuggets about how to streamline and systemize the business.

There is a huge racial component and a lot of crypto-Nazi sentiment around race theory here and elsewhere among C-class landlords, but I didn't want to discuss it here.

I am in the process of getting a home via 203k Streamline/Limited.

And if you go the route of establishing a longer term rental, there are some great self-management tools out there which can help you to streamline your process!
