as a mexican catholic (and yes people, i am here legally and i pay taxes), i've had a lot of debates with people about politics because i tend to be conservative (i joke with my wife that i want a bumper sticker that says "warning: right-wing radical on board"), where as, in general, hispanics tend to be progressive/democrat.

For weeks after I would see American flags everywhere, huge flags on poles in the back of pickup trucks, draped over the top of jeeps and huge window stickers galore on every car.

@Mark Horton II I love working with historic homes, even if some of the surprises can be sticker shock types.

I understand the basic options available like selling the property for sticker price, leasing the land, etc.  

Around here a group called CAUSS (citizens against ugly street spam) will cut off half your phone number or plaster it over with their stickers.

., radio, phone books, billboards, street benches, bumper stickers, bigger commissions.

Being from California, and being accustomed to having the taxes re-assessed at the time of purchase at the amount of the sales price, I got sticker shock at what this investment property would be re-assessed at. 

He even offered a program to even help find these elusive people, then I got hit with the price tag, I got sticker shock. $995 for this system.

Some get sticker shock at the cost and take no action, and either continue to browse other programs or give up on real estate entirely.

I feel like I should get a sticker or something :P
