Either one pays no taxes at the entity level and the income passes through to the owners to be taxed as ordinary income.Employment taxes only apply if you pay W2 wages to someone (employee or yourself), and short term capital gains are the same as ordinary income.Probably best to go meet with a CPA and they will help steer you in the right direction.Good luck!

I have done some reading on section 8 in Massachusetts and understand the process of accepting section 8 tenants but haven’t found much on a current tenant switching to section 8.Typically I have tried to steer away from section 8 but I’m not closed off to it.

I don't know much about mobile homes so I don't want to steer you wrong however I do know that a lot of times when people sell mobile homes they are located in a park.
