With "CityCenter" (which is where Veer Towers and Waldorf Astoria are located) and The Martin, just down from where the new Raiders stadium is being built, those properties are going to increase in value, exponentially in the next couple years.

This is the area right beneath Dodger Stadium.

The South Loop may be a consideration given the new Depaul Stadium & hotel & entertainment proposed for development.  

In my opinion, the new Braves stadium in Smyrna will be a game changer for the direction of growth in metropolitan Atlanta. 

I'm sure this is something that will vary by city, but generally speaking, where does one look to find out where the next public transit system will be built, where the new Mercedes factory will be, and the like (stadiums, amusement parks, etc)?  

Would only do south of Washington Blvd and closer to the stadium, rest of Pigtown is for the suckers.

One area near your work and without rent control is Inglewood, although the prices there have gone up because of the stadium (and there are talks about a Clippers stadium now).Good luck!
