Funny, I am closing on a house on Thursday, the seller has been pretty difficult to deal with (won't sign a single paper until he sees all the money etc) so I have been going out of my way to make the deal happen, he and the situation have been a bit of a pain in the @ss, but the rental I'll pick up for 60% ARV and hitting the 2% @ $1150 with no repairs needed will be worth the two weeks of screwing around.I'm with Ned, if it's early on and the deal isn't spectacular I'll be fine to let them know how much I don't need their house, it may motivate them, or it may finish up our working relationship, I won't lose sleep.
