It’s now mid-November.After double-digit requests through phone/voicemail to almost every phone number option in the menu, emails, messages onto their web site, Facebook messages and comments, I had to initiate a chargeback.

Maybe it might be different in your market, but at least here in CA, no real estate agent is going to refer  a client slow poke big bank unless it’s specialized bank offering a specific program that caters to the needs to the borrower.  

A triplex or quadplex could provide more units for rental income, but obviously will require more financing, so having your financials and pre-approval lined up early is key.Since you’re already looking to network, attending local real estate meetups is a great idea—you can also connect with seasoned investors or agents specializing in Long Island properties who can offer advice specific to the area.
