Both the series LLC and DST will allow you to create unlimited child series underneath the parent entity so they will scale with you as you grow your business and eliminate the need for multiple traditional LLCs which would require multiple filings, fees, etc so would be costly and time consuming.

It cost tens of thousands of dollars to install the rocks because we hauled away 6 inches of soil, put down 4 inches of crushed concrete base and 2 inches of rocks so we have very few problems with weeds coming up through the rocks and I think we more than recovered our costs in about 7 to 10 years plus we don't have to pay for grass seeds, don't pay for the water and no longer pay a gardener.

You'd be surprised how much water can leak underground and not be obvious....depends on your soil and where its leaking.

Then the underground water will eat away the caved-in soil, so the sinkhole ends up being almost impossible to ever solve.In our cat house, we were fortunate that they apparently only pissed on the floors.
