The main hall bath has a soaking tub and shower, with a nice shower surround.Also, is a pedestal sink a better option than a 14" vanity?

Sprinkle water on the wood and make sure the water soaks in, if the water beads up than the wood will need to weather longer.

pet stains that soaked through the wood cannot be removed and it is not the contractor's fault that areas where there were pet stains don't match the rest of the stained floor.
