You can remove and soak a shower head overnight and it looks like new.

The main hall bath has a soaking tub and shower, with a nice shower surround.Also, is a pedestal sink a better option than a 14" vanity?   

Sprinkle water on the wood and make sure the water soaks in, if the water beads up than the wood will need to weather longer. 

(The split is 50/50 on all deals up till you make 500K, at which point you are considered graduated) Now, the free course definitely seems to be a valuable intro of sorts, and I am currently going through it at the moment to soak up anything I can.

With that being said I am slowly working my way to getting my feet wet in REI.My plans for this year is to build my credit back up (Divorced this year) and continue to soak up information that will help me in the future of REI. 

pet stains that soaked through the wood cannot be removed and it is not the contractor's fault that areas where there were pet stains don't match the rest of the stained floor.

Soaking in a tub full of beach sand is less fun :)

Right now I am soaking up as much knowledge as I can.  

After passing my test, and now that I am finally in the front lines of things I'm really soaking up a ton of information about how to work deals and the local market.
