Whether it’s Christmas morning or a regular weekday, acting quickly can be the difference between closing a deal and losing it to someone else.The holidays often feel like a time to slow down and relax, but in real estate, urgency wins.

Maybe it’s making the world a better place, maybe he feels responsible for all the employees who have jobs that make their dreams and hopes come true?

In case you haven’t read the previous responses or haven’t walked a mile in a landlord’s shoes. 90%+ of your problems are caused by your local/state government that you seem to be giving a free pass.

Although slow you can skip trace through the MT Secretary of State website.
